REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
It is our policy not to give refunds unless the items which were purchased are faulty. We offer exchange of goods or credit notes/ gift vouchers. In cases where the goods are no longer required, we will accept them back for credit or exchange only. If we agree to accept an item for return the product must be returned in ' new' condition as it was originally sold with the original packaging and/or tags.

RETURNING GOODS
You are more than welcome to return any goods order on the website into store, if you prefer. Please remember to keep your proof of posting for your reference when returning anything to us by post.

FAULTY GOODS
If items are returned and recognised by us as faulty within 6 months of purchase we will replace or refund the item at your request. If there is any dispute to the cause of the fault, we may choose to return the item to the manufacturer to analyse and test the item and provide us with their conclusion. Every complaint is dealt with entirely on its own merits, if you have a problem with any item purchased from us, please come into store to discuss the problem.

METHOD OF REFUND
If goods are returned and recognised as faulty a refund will be authorised and it will be made via the same payment method as you used to purchase the item.
